Managing Your Subscription

Access Billing Settings

Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, usage, and payment details.

Change Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

  • Starter - 50 tracked keywords, 50 research tickets
  • Advanced - 200 tracked keywords, 200 research tickets
  • Enterprise - 500 tracked keywords, 500 research tickets
  • Enterprise 500 - Unlimited keywords, unlimited research

Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your account stays active through the end of your billing period.

Billing & Payments

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Update your payment method in Settings → Billing.

Billing Cycles

Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans get 20% off automatically.

Invoices

Download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Enterprise 500 customers can request custom invoicing.

Account Settings

Update Profile

Change your name, email, and password in Settings → Profile.

Delete Account

Contact support to delete your account. All data will be permanently removed.

How does proration work?

When you upgrade, you're charged the difference for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, you get a credit applied to your next bill.
